Once hailed as the best golf course on the East Coast, the Eagles Mere championship golf course designed by William Flynn (of Merion fame) has remained one of the most scenic, challenging and topographically unique courses since 1911.

Eagle Mere Toboggan Slide
When winter's chill is enough to freeze the lake, visitors are treated to an ice-block, toboggan slide built with equipment and methods 100 years old with speeds up to 60 mph!
Water Carnival
Once a year at dusk on the first Saturday in August, Eagles Mere lake is illuminated by the lights, laughter and applause of floating stages filled with would-be actors performing original skits.
Sports Week
Let the fun, competitive side of you come out when you participate in the Lake Run, shoot free throws, roll Scottish Stones and make the biggest splash in the Cannonball Contest! Held twice during the summer season.
Trail Hiking / Cross Country Skiing
Take a trip through some of the most beautiful, unspoiled forests in the Appalachians. Approximately 14 miles of well-marked trails exist in and around Eagles Mere. For the more seasoned hiker/skier try the 59 mile Loyalsock Trail!
The Village Green
Throughout the summer on weekends the Village Green comes alive with antique shows, arts and crafts events and the sounds of folk musicians.
